The Canadian Biomaterials Society Student Chapter received accreditation by the Canadian Biomaterials Society.

This chapter aims to organize and promote scientific activities in the area of Quebec City for the training of students in the field of biomaterials. In 2014, eight scientific events have been organized by the executive committee of the CBS-QCSC, chaired by Sebastien Meghezi as president and co-funder of the chapter, and including Caroline Loy as web manager and Vanessa Montaño Machado as event manager.
